This course is open to all students in grade 12. Students will be able to work through at their own level whether it is introduction or a continuance of previous courses, This course is part of a career exploration pathway that includes woodwork, metalwork, power technology, electronics & robotics, and automotive. In their senior years, students will have the opportunity to engage in work experience in the trade of their choice. Senior students will also have access to college-level courses in these trades while still in high school. This course is an important step towards apprenticeships and trades qualifications.
