This Grade 10 course is delivered outside the timetable. There are six to eight sessions that are presented to the students during regular school hours. Following each meeting, students have a follow-up task to complete. The goal of this course is to introduce students to the Career Life Education curriculum and to make them aware of opportunities that exist for them in their Grade 11 and 12 years. These include specialty District Programs, Dual Credit Programs at Camosun and UVic, and Work Experience opportunities that lead to summer employment and apprenticeships.
