Drama 10

In Drama 10, students will explore a wide variety of strategies and techniques to support creative processes. They will use movement, sound, image and form to convey meaning. They will study the influence of time and place on the emergence of Drama forms, recognizing the contributions of innovative artists from a variety of context, genres, time periods and cultures. They will learn the relationship between social, cultural, historical, political and personal contexts on a dramatic work. They will practice personal and social responsibility with creating, performing and responding to dramatic performance. There will be an emphasis on script work, emotional literacy and theatre performance.
