The final course in the Français Langue program. There is a mandatory provincial literacy assessment at the end of this course with both an oral and written component; however, this does not count toward students’ mark in the course. This course will draw upon a variety of literary and non-fiction texts from various periods through the study of literary history.  French language and culture as they relate to literature will be a major theme of study throughout the course.  International trips to France and other French-speaking countries occur every few years through the Modern Languages department.
