This course is geared towards the student-athlete who wishes to improve their volleyball skills and games performance.
Students will work on basic skills, strategies, and concepts related to the game.
Students will be able to train using a variety of methods such as core, agility, weights, and plyometrics to improve performance.
This is not a class at all exclusive to elite-level athletes; therefore, is a class open to a diverse group of student-athletes: any gender, of all academic paths, cultures, and backgrounds.
- This course can be used as an alternative to taking PHE 10. Therefore, if a student is able to complete this course, then they will be given graduation credit for PHE 10.
